We stopped here on the way to Bar Harbor and again on the way back. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the second room we were in was larger and had an ocean view. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Restaurant on site was excellent. Location on the coast was really enjoyable. Good walking right from hotel. Enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chair overlooking the water with an excellent cocktail from the restaurant.

My husband and have stayed here several times. It is a really nice setting, and we have always enjoyed it. This time I spent time in Boothbay Harbor and out at Pemiquid Lighthouse. Handy to both places. I do wish they still had a complimentary breakfast like they used to.

cottage we were given had some decor improvements but, at close look, the building needed updates - very old, drafty windows, large gap under door, was cold (October) & no heat in the out-dated bathroom. Priced too expensive for the time of year and quality of accomodation.

You can’t beat an ocean view and every window in our room looked out onto the harbor. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The windows in the room were in need of maintenance and when the winds were 25 mph it led to chilly airflow. The bathroom shower has a half door design which we found allowed water to spray onto the floor. Overall you cannot beat the beauty of the location which was what we were looking for in an anniversary trip.

Such an amazing place! Great and hardworking staff, beautiful rooms, views, and property. Such a great location as well so peaceful and quiet. The restaurant was also so fantastic we had almost every meal there! Everyone was so kind and helpful we can’t wait to come back.
