I was surprised by the complimentary breakfast! Thank you! Room was fine, except for the dank smell. Maybe no one stayed there for a while but the smell was a turn off.

For the price, I have never stayed in such a clean, cheerful motel! And we were happily surprised that breakfast was included! It wasn't a huge breakfast, but there was a waffle maker, fruit, cereal, various beverages, etc. Yogurt would have been nice, but it was a nice light, pleasant breakfast.

We drove up to the place and didn’t even go in. Not a good part of town. People sitting in chairs outside their rooms smoking. Not for us. We drove back to our VRBO in Hancock and went back to Boothbay a few days later and did the activities we had planned for the day after our reservation.

The stay was amazing, and it was worth the price! Sure the walls are thin and you can hear the room next to you, and the beds are a bit uncomfortable, but you can’t beat the price, and your walking distance to stores, and restaurants! Staff was very friendly, and nice!

FOR THE PRICE, this was one of the cleanest and most well equipped hotel/motels I have stayed in in years. Towels, beds and pillows, all comfortable, super clean and beautifully made up. Building old and definitely could use touching up, but everything else about their accommodations, the warm and helpful staff and the cleanliness made the place a perfect stay. Would not hesitate to go there again. .
