4/5 - Good
We went to the football ground for a concert. Very convenient location just a taxi ride away not to expensive and you are in the town and the heart

Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were really friendly and professional. The kitchenette very well set up. Location suited us, and the parking (which you need to pre book and pay £15 separately for) was really handy. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't stay in day, was at a gig at Anfield, really convenient for the stadium. Excellent parking facilities! Again, staff brilliant, have stayed in fuve star hotels where staff have not been as good! For the money paid, was brilliant !
Didn’t spend much time in Bootle was in Liverpool centre for most of the time so cannot comment
Its to far feom the city centre. Poor bus conncetions at night.
I liked Bootle however the area around the strand shopping area seemed a bit rough around the edges. Good location north of the centre, good access from Bootle to centre and other areas north of the city.
