The staff and location are amazing. Very kind and hardworking people. The beaches were beautiful at the hotel. The bed in our bungalow was awful. There is a bar that runs up the middle of the bed and my back pain was excruciating all trip.

The staff are very friendly and nice, giving you a special comfort. They are doing their best to make every guest feel special. The hotel itself is very clean and comfy. But as I said, the staff are the ones that make you feel special from the very moment you step into the hotel grounds.
