"Married couple own the lodge. They are both very nice and helpful. They have four dogs. One dog bark's a lot. Bora Bora has lots of hungry stray homeless dogs. Perhaps they provided a home to some. Also, there are other houses next to the Lodge. People make noise. Need ear plugs. You need a car or scooter for transportation. Avis rental is at the Vaitape dock where the airport water taxi drops passengers off. Use the Avis Bora Bora website to reserve a car or scooter. The lodge is 3/4 mile from...

"New, very spacious, full amenities (kitchen utensils, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, bycicles…) , clean, great communication with owners and also property manager Louana… Maybe the only thing was that the beds alwere a bit hard for our liking, but that’s a personal prefference. Would suggest to have a car. . "

"We loved our stay at the Fare Luna house on Bora Bora! Louana, the property manager was so kind & extremely helpful! We enjoyed our accommodations at the beautiful Fare Luna. It was open & airy with lots of room for the three of us. The pictures are accurate in the description. Fare Luna was clean (no bugs other than an occasional ant) and had everything we needed. "I can’t praise this place enough—it’s hands-down the best getaway we've ever had! The property itself is stunning, spacious, and completely one-of-a-kind. The hosts go above and beyond—they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and delightful. Guests can hop on the bikes they provide and enjoy a scenic ride to the beach, or pedal the other direction into town. A note for those with mobility concerns: there’s a short but steep walk up and down the mountain to reach the main road. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth keeping in mind. With all that said, if we are to return to Bora Bora we we’ll definitely be coming back here!"
