We loved our stay at Discovery. The staff provided excellent service, especially housekeeping going above and beyond on the turn down service. The staff around the pool and beach areas are wonderful as well. They are always very helpful and very good at anticipating our needs. The location is perfect as it's very walkable to Station 2 but far enough from the busy areas so as not to feel congested. The free shuttle is very convenient and always available for use. Transportation to and from the airport was quick and seamless. The only complaint we have is on the food quality. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as the options didn’t taste fresh and well prepared. I hope they can improve on this to make our next visit truly a perfect stay.

I’m glad I decided to stay there along with my 10 other family members. The service is top notch! I’ve stayed in so many hotels and for me, Discovery Shores offers the best services!

If you’re considering this hotel, look no more. This is an awesome hotel to stay in Boracay if you want excellent customer service, super friendly staff, great facilities, perfect location if you want to stay away from the crowds. From the moment we got off the plane, everything went smoothly to the hotel. I’ve had the best Kalamansi Cucumber welcome drink and their pandesal with dulce de Leche at breakfast was memorable. I will definitely stay again next I’m in Boracay. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i like the personnel who are always ready to be of service to clients. I love the delicious their breakfast fares which are always delicious. I love the close proximity of the hotel to the beach and the care they give to beach goers. Our room was spacious and had a private infinity pool making out stay enjoyable. The only thing i found very peculiar for an upscale hotel that was the absence of a microwave oven. We had leftover food from outside and there was no way to heat them up in the morning. i hope they add this service in the future.

I rate this is hotel 10/10. The staff hospitality is exemplary. They clean the room everyday ane refill the amenities without being told. Still water bottles are free and you can ask them to refill anytime. We celebrated our wedding Anniversary there and the staff went above and beyond. We felt so special and loved. We enjoyed their breakfast daily with different variety of foods. Thank you Discovery Shores for the EXCELLENT experience.

We stayed at discovery last February to celebrate my mom's birthday. We had a wonderful time. My mom had a hard time walking so the staff was always there to help transport her using a wheelchair. The staff are so nice, helpful and goes the extra mile. From the airport to the resort they are so helpful. The staff even know what my mom likes the 2nd day we were there for breakfast and serves it to her as she has a hard time walking. Even if I never asked for a chair or assistance they were the ones who recommended to use a chair while we were on the sand instead of the lounge so my mom won't have a hard time. The resort was great, food was great they even have taho for breakfast. They even have transportation shuttle if you want to go out. Overall, it was the best vacation experience for me and my mom. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely resort situated in station 1 which includes a great buffet breakfast, transportation from Caticlan airport (all transfers- namely airport to the port, boat to Boracay island & shuttle to resort- which makes it so easy & convenient amongst the crowds), free shuttle service to D'mall & Station 2, beach towels w/ lounge chairs & water, different pillows you can choose from, private plunge pool, all room amenities like slippers, robes, a safe, bath items, bidet sprayer & plateware. Staff is friendly, gracious, responsive & helpful. Spa onsite was a bonus with an adequate selection of massages, large couples massage room with private shower & very good service. Although resort is large (so getting a room towards the street side can be a little bit of a walk to the beach), its location in Station 1 suit us well, with direct beach access & the Sands restaurant beachside. Suite was clean & spacious and housekeeping / turndown service was on point. Rooftop lounge bar is great for views, happy hour cocktails, sunset, jacuzzi & infinty pool. Several pools, of which the main one is closer to the beach, seemed particularly popular for families/kids. Overall, a wonderful stay & definitely recommend if visiting Boracay.

I will be coming back for sure! The staff is outstanding and may be the best I have ever seen at any resort, including the many Four Seasons locations where I have stayed. Very attentive and personal at the highest level. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the place. The location is perfect. The food is fantastic. Big shout out to Jiggs my beach attendant who made my stay top notch and was always helping me with everything. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Snacks and personal touches at every turn. I am certain this will be my first pick every time I come to Boracay. Had I known it was this relaxing and spectacular, I would have reserved the room for 12, rather than 6 days. 5 stars period!!!

My family and I enjoyed this place. This place was very quiet and it’s in station 1. We enjoyed best of both worlds. Station 2 is walking distance or they provided us a free shuttle to go to the D’mall in station 2. The staffs are nice and polite. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the food tastes fresh and delicious. I am giving this place a 9/10 because the hotel gave us a 3rd floor room which was exhausting for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Couple getaway, first timers at Discovery.

The service was superb from pick-up to our departure. However, the food could benefit from improvements in flavor. On one occasion, I mentioned that the French fries were not crispy. While the waiter took them back, it was noticeable they simply refried the same batch, because of the color and texture which made it quite hard to bite. It would have been better if a fresh batch had been prepared. I appreciated that their vans were easily contactable for area transfers, and the service was complimentary. Although, there was a slight misunderstanding among the hotel staff during one of our transfers, but it was quickly and professionally resolved. I recommend providing additional training in handling special guest concerns to further enhance the overall experience. Finally, the process on our way back to the airport was smooth and seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much.
