No welcome drinks, Breakfast was only pakbit, Egg and Loaf. Nothing else. Room is spacious but outdated and lack of interior designing. No other amenities... The worst part is, the pitcher's cover was very dirty. The only interesting fact is, they are located right in front of the white beach. All in all, it's NOT worthy as rate is higher while getting less.

Friendly staff. Attentive to our needs. Their tour assistant named King made our short stay really worth it because he guided us and made sure we were gonna have fun. I would recommend him to anybody staying at royal park hotel.

Previously stayed at this property in 2016 and found it good and value for money. The place has been re-painted cosmetically and bathrooms renovated, the staff were also welcoming and kind. However our party of 6 became unwell with severe chest infection, we are all still unwell. We suspect is due to the air-conditioning and/or linen. We found the rooms smelt damp / mouldy and in one room we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling. Likely filters have not been changed or cleaned. Also not enough seating at breakfast for all rooms. And if you would like dinner/lunch you need to reserve in the morning. A shame from our previous stay, probably not stay again. Thanks

The staff was incredible. There was nothing else but the room which was ok. There was no pool or anything extra. There was no private beach. The beach lounge equipment like l chairs and umbrellas were old plastic chairs and there was only a coiple. When i go back i will not stay there because there are many other hotels with nicer amenities for about the same price.

Other than the typhoon that hit while we were there, it was an amazing stay at this hotel. The facility was very clean and nice. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was okay. The hotel chef/owner was very friendly. He cooked our shrimp and crab so well. But, we did not enjoy the free breakfast buffet.

Location
The hotel is ok for its room rate. A bit dated, food and service are okay, but the location can't be beat! It's accessible to the main road at the back side and beach front on the other side.

Terrible service hotel and NOT helpful
We didn't get to stay at we booked (10 Apr to 14 Apr) due to Boracay will close down for maintenance, even the airline reschedule our ticket to earlier time(March) without any extra charge or full refund of air tickets we bought It. We explain the situation to hotel for change of date (20 March) plus we don't mind to pay the extra service fees, but the hotel didn't help us and request us to pay more expensive rooms due to extra service fees and full payment (non-promotion rate) for new rooms.

5 days- Awesome place but service could be better
We planned a family trip and decided to stay at Royal Park as it was referred to me by my sister. We arrived at 11AM and check in wasn't until 2PM but the front desk told us as soon as a room is available she will get us in it ASAP. we were welcomed with drinks and a very happy, cheerful employees. Party bars and a lot of food places around the area. we have booked to do some excursion for our stay there and was given a fair price. we were waiting for friends to come and once they have arrived they found a better deal and we decided to go with them and asked to get a refund as they were charged cheaper price for the excursion and wanted to be together. The waiter that got us the price the first time have given us an attitude and wouldn't want to associate with us ever since we asked for a refund. breakfast wasn't as comfortable because we were given such a bad vibe that when we ask for drinks we were only given 1 drink per table. he was not very accommodating and I think was not very professional. but other than that, everything was okay but 5 days in that place was a little too much. one of their employees was very helpful from when we left. had a great time but just that one experience we encountered with was just a huge no.

Paradise is Struggling
This is a great location right on the beach and perfect for water activities. The breakfast was adequate with local style food. There is lots to do if you choose to. We spent our time relaxing: swimming, walking and exploring the hills. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place to be. The island in general needs to supply hygienic water to shower and wash your hands. The staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware that Boracay in my opinion seems to be overcrowded with tourists and the infrastructure seems to be struggling to cope, e.g. sewerage. If you want a quieter stay at Boracay, between Tuesday and Friday seems to be the time when it is not so full on. A great marching band at night, echoing through the streets was a splendid performance to see and the fire-dancers were fun to watch. There is lots to choose from in regards to restaurants or food places to cater for all budgets.

A great place to relax. Beach sands right in front of the hotel augment the vacation ambiance. It far enough from the center for those who would like to experience a quiet place but close enough to D Mall for those who would like to have fun at night. It's at the border of fun and solitude, and you can choose both.

nice hotel very near the beach
The hotel is very nice for family vacations, reasonable price for a big room, big comfortable beds. It is also very convenient if you want to go around boracay because it has an entrance gate by the street. It is just a few steps to the beach. If you want to eat or drink, their restaurant is just beside the beach and a waiter is always there ready to serve you.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel but not good (even if it is beach front) in relaxing if you want to stay infront of the hotel. There are lots of people infront of the hotel meeting and offering services like island hopping etc..

Great Affordable Hotel
My stay was great. I was able to check in an hour earlier. The staff were corteous and attentive. One staff remembered that I take my coffee black. I was pleasantly surprised that buffet bfast was included and there is dedicated wifi in the room. The hotel also provides free drinking water. Bottled drinks in Bora are very expensive. The location is great. near to both station 1 n 2. The beach front is near the water and not too hot unlike in stn 1. There is a police right beside the hotel. But there is a pulic pathway right beside it as well that anyone can just pass or enter the hotel specially in the middle of the night or early morning.

Best ever vacation!
Walk from the lobby straight onto the sandy beach, in a grove of coconut trees....beautiful! But the most memorable & enjoyable thing about staying at the Royal Park is the staff. So helpful & friendly and by the end of our stay, Jonel & his team had made us feel like family. Highly recommended!

Location and service was excellent. Room amenities could have been better, no coffee maker, micro wave, or stocked refrigerator. Bed was not that comfortable. Wi-fi was was not always available.

Cons: Our room was 101 & there was a window just looking to the wall. At 5 pm people would start cooking & air con will start blowing stinky oily air into room. Breakfast consists of 2 kinds of pork sausages (which we muslims don't eat) , rice, egg & toast. Pros: helpful staff, daily good housekeeping, relatively quite area.

Bed harder than a rock
The hotel needs major up keep it is in a great location but it's dated now. The beds are really uncomfortable and the included breakfast isn't much. The staff is OK but overall I'd stay away from this place. No point in getting a hotel you can't sleep in. Also my reservation had a free welcome drink noted, it's just something else I didn't get.
