「We stayed here for a few days while we explored Bordeaux and it was perfect. The check in process was extremely simple, we were greeted by a rep who showed us the space and all of the amenities. It was very big and spacious with gorgeous windows. The AC was GREAT. We're American and my mom and I were nervous about the heat, but we were comfortably cool every time we came home. It's very close to the restaurants and shops. If we ever went back I'd happily stay here again.」

「The location was great and would’ve gotten this a five star on its own if the place had been clean. The washing machine is broken and it doesn’t appear they have any intention of repairing it. It was listed as come on having a washing machine so that was a big disappointment. The place was pretty dirty. The shower and the kitchen needed cleaning after we arrived. Half the lights are burned out. We told the person that checked us in and he said he had previously reported it, but no one had fixed...
