Loved our home in Bordeaux!

This place is well appointed, clean and comfortable with great outdoor areas. Easy access into the main part of town in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a grocery store nearby and lots of wonderful places to eat!

Comfortable stay away from the bustle

Great apartment for two couples. Nice outside space to use in nice weather. Grocery nearby which is convenient We Ubered to our tours and it was very convenient. Check in and very smooth

Spacious, clean and great location!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this place. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean and updated with all the necessities. We loved the washing machine too. There was plenty of privacy for both couples to enjoy. One suite upstairs and the other downstair. Great kitchen? living room area that had a large sliding down out to a private patio. Very quiet neighborhood and so close to restaurants and wine shops as well as walking distance to downtown center Bordeaux. We would definitely come back and stay here. No complaints and bonus was the parking for our rental car. Thanks for all the assistance we received in our arrival.

Nice Neighborhood Location

Communication with Cooconrr before arrival was satisfactory. Jean-Claude was very responsive & met us at property as planned. House is very secure. A/C only in top bedroom. Large glass windows receive direct sun, as a result, blinds must be drawn during warm days. Terrific location- quiet neighborhood 15 min walk to center city. Notable neighborhood restaurants Lucca and L’Amadeé.

Property is as advertised. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice verandas and outdoor space. Spiral staircase might be difficult for older or very young folks. Furniture in living room was minimal and could be upgraded but it was very clean. We walked all over and always felt safe. Communication with VRBO/managers was excellent with their literature in the rental and availability if needed. Great choice for 3-4 adults.

Lovely location and attentive hosts!

We had a wonderful visit in Bordeaux. The apartment was lovely. The host was exceptional. Their communication was excellent. They made several recommendations that we took and enjoyed each one. I would definitely stay here again and rent through them again!!

Very good stay in Bordeaux

Lisa waited for us after our transfer from the airport was delayed by heavy traffic. The location was excellent with a small supermarket and a tram stop nearby. Our best excursion was to the art museum in the submarine pens.

Terrific Choice

Excellent two bedroom property with two bathrooms perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C only on the second floor worked well. It was great to have a washing machine and outdoor space to enjoy an evening glass of wine. The excellent quiet location has a grocery store within 5 minutes with only a 10 minute walk to the very efficient and easy to use tram system. The second bathroom only has a hand held shower which was not so convenient and the kitchen table is very wobbly. The door locking system can be disastrous if you mistakenly close the door and leave the key inside the lock. The reception process was excellent and communication with Cocoonr both prior to and after arrival was exceptional. We would definitely return.

Very lovely place. The location is wonderful if you relatively close walking distance to central Bordeaux. We really appreciated the protected parking area in pride the courtyard. It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful with plenty of noise protection from the roads and city traffic. The only thing we found lacking was the air conditioning. There was only one unit we could find which was installed in the upstairs bedroom. It was pretty small and still left that bedroom pretty warm. The whole place could get really warm during the day unless we opened up all the sliding doors, which did help cool the place down. The upstairs bathtub was also challenging to get continuous warm water to come through. Water went hot and cold quite a bit but the shower downstairs worked great. Otherwise the place really is nice with a modern feel to it. A great space to hang out with a small family.
