Le Faubourg "Loved Bordeaux and particularly Chartons. Choose this place if you are going to be out late yourself. Not do suitable fo 🙂 Chartons is fabulous, easy access to delicious hood, lovely bars and good transport links 🙁 Very noisy bar that went till 2am directly opposite (5 yards away) Temperature was unconditionally hot at times"

Adorable place

We had a great time in Bordeaux. This apartment is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is great and nice to sit with a book or drink. It's in a great location and close to multiple train lines. There are a couple of things to be aware of when you book. The bedrooms are located near the street and there is a bar located across the street. So it's pretty loud until the bar closes. I used ear plugs and that really helped. If you have a white noise generator that would solve the issue. We also had an issue with mosquitos on the top floor so I wouldn't leave the door open to balcony as I believe that's where they were coming in. Overall this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed the space. They had an expresso maker with some pods, so i could get my coffee fix and a small amount of food items that we were able to use like sugar.

Le Faubourg "Viel Platz und gute Ausstattung Top: sehr praktische Lage, vollständige Ausstattung, sehr viel Platz, sehr viel Ablagefläche (auch im Bad), gute helle Lampen überall, sehr viele Steckdosen. Zu beachten: die Unterkunft ist zweigeschossig mit Treppe und es gibt eine schöne Terrasse. Garage ist für ein Kleinwagen in Ordnung (wir hatten Ford Puma), Rein- und Rausfahren ist schwierig, wenn in der engen Straße weitere Autos parken. Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Öl, Essig waren für die ersten Tage da. Alle möglichen Spül- und Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Bar gegenüber hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir gehen im Urlaub nicht vor Mitternacht ins Bett. Einmal waren wir auch selbst in der Bar, es war sehr nett. Kommunikation mit der Agentur (auf Englisch) klappte super! Die Agentur hat uns immer zuerst und rechtzeitig kontaktiert, um Zahlungen, Anreise, Abreise etc. zu planen. Wir hatten eine Beschwerde, was die Sauberkeit betraf, und die Agentur hat sich sofort entschuldigt und eine Lösung angeboten. Wir würden uns jede Zeit wieder für diese Unterkunft bzw. für diese Agentur entscheiden"

Le Faubourg "Un scandale absolu. Les commentaires négatifs publiés sur le site de Cocoonr ne l'étaient pas sur celui d'AirBNB. Impossible de dormir, chambres au rez de chaussée face à un pub dont les clients sont dans la rue jusqu'à la fermeture, soit 2h du matin passées, cette information évidemment indisponible lors de la réservation, saleté repoussante, tout à l'avenant. Et le pompon, obstruction systématique du service commercial pour entrer en relation avec le service réclamation, lequel vous demande des photos pour illustrer l'impossibilité de dormir (!!!!!), et le tout dans un délai écoulé, pour une bonne raison, l'obstruction évoquée. Bref, aucun dédommagement et un scandale absolu, de très très loin le pire séjour jamais fait, éviter absolument tout logement proposé par cette agence. D'ailleurs, si elle est doublement intermédiée, c'est qu'il y a un loup, sinon comment générer les marges cumulées de deux intermédiaires? CQFD"

Le Faubourg "Le logement est parfait,mal situé côté environnement, un pub juste en face du logement, du bruit jusqu a 2 h du matin car les chambres sont en rez-de-chaussé. Pour le stionnement annoncé l entrée du parking de l appartement est impraticable si vous avez rien qu une voiture moyenne car la rue est etroite et un stationnement payant permet au vehicule de stationner donc vous ne pouvez pas manoeuvrer. L appartement est bien placé prés du centre ville. On nous precise pas que l entrée de la rue n est pas simple,des bornes y sont installes et l on ne vous precise pas d entrée dans la rue par un autre endroit possedant un code d entrée."

Environnement très bruyant

Les plus : - Appartement très bien et propre, - linge fourni en parfait état de propreté Les moins : - brasserie en face avec terrasse ouverte jusqu'à 1h du matin (c'est la fête tous les soirs !!!) - odeur de tabac dans la chambre principale à l'arrivée - 3 verres à vin c'est un peu juste pour recevoir un couple d'ami à l'apéritif - petit parking (heureusement que nous avons deux voitures dont une petite).
