"Unfortunately the pictures advertised for this hotel are extremely misleading. This is definitely not a boutique hotel it’s more like a motel. The pool had trash and it looked like people actually live here. Ended up not staying the night, it was giving unsafe…. If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is definitely not it. "

Negatives If this property is still owned by Marriott or franchisee there are some basic building maintenance that should be addressed
I get because it’s a beach town the salt water eats up everything but the dust between the elevator glass is horrible also the balcony glass needs to be cleaned daily I saw a maintenance person clean the lower level glass but not the upper levels and Marriott has enough money to get it done . This is an autograph logo property and should be the pride of the area."

"Great location for Zoo, etc. Disappointed that due to the proximity to Mexico, the Pacific water is so dirty, that swimming is hazardous due to high bacteria. Beautiful view but unable to get in then water. "

"I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. "
