「I reached out to the host the day before my stay and was told that the space confirmed in my reservation was not available. They offered a smaller space in the same building or we could cancel. Because it was New Years Eve, there were no other comparable rentals in area and we felt like we had no other option but to take the smaller space, sight unseen. This put us in a tough position. The beds were nice and the space had amenities like an iron, etc. The bathroom unfortunately felt very dirty....

「Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.」
