「Very clean, conveniently located, new hotel. Got upgraded to deluxe room, which was a plus as well. Staff friendly and helpful.」

「We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Antonio helpfully arranged transport from the airport. Via Caronda was rather shabby but we never felt unsafe in the area - Via Etnea was just around the corner with buses to the city centre and a useful 24 hour coffee kiosk/bar on the corner of the square. Our room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a small fridge. The garden was lovely to sit and unwind before heading out to one of the nearby restaurants and to enjoy breakfast....

「We booked 2 large and charming king sized bedrooms for the 3 of us (adults), & both rooms had private bathrooms. The baths were updated in space, with plenty of hot water & fabulous water pressure. However (typical to traditional B&B's) they were not ensuite & had no A/C; which would have been welcomed in the unusual June heat. The bedrooms though, were equipped with new model A/C units for the win! Igor welcomed us upon arrival with water and treats and shared a bit of his family history - this...

「Overall, the hotel provides you a clean room and the facilities you need. It is close to the bus stop and you can take the airport bus easily. And a 20-25 minutes walk from the Central Station. My room is located on 2/F, very noisy if you open the window so I can only close it. One suggestion, if the hotel can provide free bottle water is more convenient, as most of the Italian hotels do not have electric hotpot provided in the room, there is no water to drink is rather inconvenient. 」

「Lyxigt rum med ett tak som liknar en katedral, väldigt fint och bra läge på en stor shoppinggata men nästan helt tyst i rummet. Man är tvungen att bestämma i förväg när man ska checka in men när vi kom tidigare än väntat så ordnade det sig bra ändå. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet.」
