Clean and fancy. Some items looking slightly worn but still the best hotel in the area. Street vendors smoking meats across the river with the windows open in the main hotel areas led to smoke smell filling the hotel. Staff seemed clueless that people might not like that. Lovely & comfortable

A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!

STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa.
