Cap Bénat is a 2500-hectare rocky promontory on the Mediterranean coast of the Var in Bormes-les-Mimosas. It is considered one of the most prestigious places on the Var coast. The nearest shops can be found in Bormes les Mimosas, about 8 km away. Please note that special rules apply on the Cap Bénat estate, including quiet hours from 23:00.
