“We did not want to leave. Anna was the perfect host and made sure we were happy. Our room was fantastic, very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We loved our breakfast and the home made apple juice is delicious. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!! Highly recommended to family and friends and we will definitely stay here again. ”

“31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful.”

“When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests.”

“Prefect location, walking distance to York street. Apartment 3 is clean and tidy with fully equipped kitchen. Private car park just beside the apartment. Highly recommended!”

“Check in is easy and quick. Staff is polite. But the room is a bit old and worn out esp the toilet. Items to be charged in the minibar don’t match the actual items e.g. mineral water, chips on the list but bottled spring water and snack rings were put on the table. I didn’t aware and mistakenly open the spring water bottle and had to pay $2.5. Overall speaking, the location is good and nice to stay 1-2 nights on the trip ”
