「This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming.
We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . Accidents happen and this error...
「Everything was great, room great, staff great, food great. To improve the stay I would recommend full sized blankets and towels which were abit too short. The staff gave me an extra blanket and that was fine.」
「Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets).
No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar.
Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros.
Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good.
Local specialities, as well as pizza.
The hotel is a little dated.
Basic 3-star hotel. Good location.」
