“The staff at the front desk were outstanding. They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. “Our family of 6 adults stayed at Villa Mari Aurelia Dec 4-7 on our way from Florence to Milan. Christina and her son, Elia, were fantastic hosts. Communication before and during our visit was prompt and very helpful. We took advantage of their recommendation to visit Monte Isola, a 5 min walk and ferry ride from the house.
