"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The room was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options each morning. My only suggestion for improvement is the room service. Housekeeping was below what we expected for an 8-day stay. Our towels were never replaced unless we specifically asked the cleaning staff, and only our shower towels were changed once and only when we asked for it (same with refilling shampoos). The daily room refresh mainly consisted of making the bed and emptying the trash. The floors were not wiped or cleaned during our stay, and complimentary coffee supplies were not replenished regularly. Improving the consistency and thoroughness of housekeeping would make the overall guest experience even better."
