「We only had a night stay but it was perfect. The team were kind enough to let us check in earlier as our flight landed in the morning and we headed straight to the beach which was very chilled. We didn’t even bother with the pool as this was packed. Had to pay for the beach umbrella and sun lounger for the day but I understand that’s not unusual..Also I suffer from neck pain and had requested a firm pillow which was in the room when we got in. 「Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. 」
