「I liked everything about my stay when it came to the hotel, but I had the receptionist call a taxi for me and he ended up trying to rip me off. This has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff but I wish he had called a better and more honest taxi driver for me. Also there is no ice machine in the hotel , kept having to go down to the restaurant if I wanted ice. 」

「Good location on a hill station ,pools and spa service was great ,room service good and breakfast was nice. Only thing they lack is communication and language barrier where you can not communicate what do you want 」

「The staff doesn't speak English, but they are super communicative, so was still easy to manage check-in or other things. The hotel has restaurant open till late hours and the location is the best in whole Urla! 」

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」
