Clean, unique, bright, inviting. Dressed exclusively for short term rentals 1-bedroom on the 1st floor -parlor with astonishing ceilings, new tall custom windows, new stainless steel appliances and the best of Boston outside your door.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in the desirable historic South End with its charming Brownstones, brick sidewalks and tree lined streets. Not only is this picture perfect, you will also be 1/4 of a block away to “Restaurant Row” where you’ll find some of the best dining in the city. It is a super effortless walk to the very BEST of everything Boston has to offer. City rent a bike is around the corner.

Complimentary Netflix, movie channels, high speed internet and many more conveniences. Coin operated laundry. It does not get any better than this!

This apartment has a queen size memory foam bed and a queen memory foam pull out sofa. It can host a family of three. This fascinating and immaculate unit is also newly furnished and accessorized and best of all it's located on the first floor.

The kitchen is nicely updated with dining. Quartz counters wrap around an under mount sink, dishwasher, disposal, stainless steel appliances including a Gas Range. You will find everything you need to cook grandma’s recipes. Additionally, there is a variety of Keurig coffees, tea, and snacks.

The open space concept continues to the living room. As you walk in the apartment you will be welcomed from ornamental original ceilings and the decorative fireplace. Two parts that make a true South End brownstone. The custom milled large windows allow the sun light to invade the apartment and the natural finished hardwood floors throughout reveal its character. When night falls those who like to set a romantic tempo can use the remote to set the lights. Above the mantel is a 55” smart TV with complimentary Netflix, HBO, Showtime, music videos and many more. For those who want to work quicker so they can get out there to enjoy our beautiful city a fast 1,000 mbp Free WIFI internet connection is ready to make it possible. On the end table there is a USB Charging tower. A note pad and a pen are inside the draw.

His and hers closets are located to your left as you walk in the bedroom. Clean extra blankets, pillows, and sheets are in the closets. The ironing board is inside the mirror cabinet located next to the bathroom door with the iron and accessories in it. The alarm clock/radio has 2 USB ports in the back. There is additional storage above the closet.

The bathroom is by the bedroom, has a pedestal sink and a double mirror. A soaking tub, with a dual hand-held shower head will relax you in no time. You will find all the toiletries you need and fresh towels.

This hip neighborhood has a lot to brag about. The South End is truly a cosmopolitan neighborhood. It is just minutes away from Downtown, Boston Commons, Back Bay Newbury St, Copley & Prudential Malls, Theater District, Beacon Hill and Charles river. Consequently, it has become the City’s most popular neighborhood. It’s also home to a thriving arts community.

Several of the finest restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops are steps away and always ready to fulfill the most adventurous and challenging appetite and sweet tooth. Grab something on the go from the Farmer's market few blocks away.

The mood is always perfect for nightlife and Jazz. We are close to everything -shops and places to visit bike routes, public transportation, highways, freedom trail, walking distance to Shopping Malls, Whole Foods and Foodies Urban Market.

Getting around
Our historic neighborhood is surrounded by everything. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Boston from the South End. The Freedom Trail is 13 minute walk. Also, the Orange line (subway) and Commuter rail 8 minutes walk. Public transportation, Blue-Bike city bike rental and Zip car are around the corner. The Duck Boat tours are a great way to see Boston.

Perfect location!

Amazing place to stay and great host!

This is an adorable place to stay. It is fully equipped for 2 guests and Stephanie (the host) has thought of everything a guest could possibly need, including umbrellas! The location is quiet with surprisingly minimal street noise for a big city. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Stephanie provides a list of restaurants and sites to see and responded timely to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Getaway in an amazing VRBO

We LOVED this brownstone!! It was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood was just what we were looking for; charming, quiet, yet within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with. New England Excursion

Boston Marathon runner’s dream stay!

Walking to from the Expo, start, and finish, a full kitchen for meal, prep, and extreme comfort in an adorable neighborhood in the heart of everything! Adorable Italian restaurant, right around the corner where we enjoyed a celebratory meal that evening! If I ever run Boston again, I’m going to do my best to secure this sweet little spot again!

An exceptional experience

My wife and I had a marvelous trip while staying at Stephanie's apartment. The apartment itself is extremely clean and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. The location was great. It was central to all the areas in Boston we wanted to check out and there is a ton on things to do in walking distance. Stephanie was extremely responsive.

Charming apartment in great neighborhood

My husband and I were so pleased with this apartment and neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it. Stephenie is very kind and responsive. She left snacks and a good bottle of wine for our arrival. The apartment is well stocked and very attractive. We especially appreciated how clean it was. We forgot our headphones and she was happy to mail them to us. We had a marvelous experience.

First time in Boston

Super cute property with everything we needed. Good location in South Boston; you can walk to many things and the rest are a short bus or train ride away. Plenty of food and drink choices, we never ate at the same place twice. History everywhere; we usually opt for guided tours but there are other options. We rented a car, but parking is challenging, so if you can do without it I would. But we also did day trips to Plymouth and Rhode Island, so a car was good for that. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the city, great trip!!

Gorgeous and Perfect in every way

Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable accomodations, felt like we were staying at a spa. Neighborhood was beautiful, so full of history and culture, so much to explore, we spent hours walking all over. Apartment had everything we needed and so many nice extra touches, the complimentary snacks were a godsend the first day we got in, as we were starving from our long flight and too exhausted to venture out that first night- Thank You! The apartment was decorated outside for Halloween and it was just perfect. Comfortable bed, no cons at all. Only problem we had was my own doing, should not have rented a car, no need, everything is easily accessible by train, bus or foot and parking in and around the city is expensive. Definitely plan to return, without car. Had an amazing time. Highly recommend

A great place to call home while visiting Boston

Fantastic location in Boston
