We came snd stayed for a sports tournament. The property was very clean and you could tell that they prioritize cleanliness. The furniture was a little worn but functional. It would have been great to have a light breakfast and a vending machine but there were food options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful which i liked.

Clean, nice staff, area seemed safe. Price was relatively low for the area, but you get what you pay for - sheets were a bit scratchy and the entire place pretty run down.

Good choice for proximity to fast food (McDonald’s/ihop), very friendly professional front desk staff, very good ac in rooms, quiet location. Sink was cracked and older tv, average rooms overall. Considering the demand for lodging in the area, even slightly lower room prices and some beautifying might be worth it overall. Noticeable effort by front desk staff though.

It appears to be in the process of renovation. I did find a live water bug in the tub which I disposed of. Floor needed to be cleaned but the beds were very good. Bedding and towels were clean. Staff did not speak English but were friendly.

For an older hotel, it was nice. The staff was eager to please & it was clean. I was accommodated with the 1st floor (due to mobility issues) because of no elevator. I appreciated that. I didn't care for the noise in the evenings (caused by workers or probably guests). There was also someone smoking or vaping (not cigarettes). It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. It wasn't a strong smell so I over-looked it. All this considered, I would recommend this hotel to others. Because of the noise & smoking would rate it a 9 out of 10.

There was no power in the room when we checked in and the hotel owner/manager was not even willing to help out. We couldn’t go anywhere else as it was pretty late so we had to stay there anyway and manages with flashlight from the phone. We have asked for a refund and awaiting it. Horrible experience and customer service.

Someone came to my room while I was there in the middle of the night, it was very frightening, this was the worst experience ever, thank God I am safe. They must double check who they give rooms to, bc someone will get hurt.
