Visited Boston for a family trip to see historical sites. Apartment was very clean (new). Very tight for a family of 6 but we didn't mind because we only slept there at night. We did not use the kitchen space at all, but seemed stocked well enough if we needed to cook. Location is actually great. Cheaper than staying in downtown Boston and it was so convenient to have a parking space. And a great location to make some other short day trips without having to drive through downtown traffic. We drove into the city both days (30 min drive) and had no trouble finding a parking garage for the day. We thought at first we would do public transit but would have taken 1-1.5 hrs each way. This seems more like an up and coming neighborhood but plenty of places nearby to grab a quick (or long) breakfast. We ate dinner out in other places. Communication was smooth, they sent a check in video which was very helpful since we got in at 2am, I never would have figured it out otherwise! Apartment complex was very quiet, we hardly saw or heard another person, in fact I was more worried about my own kids being too loud! Management is very responsive with questions and check in/check out info.

First place is very secure. Great location and easy to access. Accommodations were very clean. Bedrooms exemplary with soft mattresses and pillows. Gym and pool are beautiful facilities and perfect for all age groups. Last but not least communication was excellent and enhanced our stay. Will gladly stay again when we come down to Boston.

New Modern Rental With Nice Amenities

The area is seeing a shift from commercial to residential, with a large number of new buildings. The rental was very clean/modern, and the family liked the pool/fire pits (on the 3rd floor) after days of touring Boston. The host provides an easy to use website with all the info you'd need, and were quick to respond. We should gladly stay here again.

Amazing Customer Service

The apartment was very nice, new and modern. Very close to downtown Boston but not right in the city so it was nice. Had a couple of very small issues, contacted the booking agent and received very quick responses day and night. Would defiantly book with them again!

Perfect place for a family!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was very nice. Aesthetically pleasing and comfortable with great amenities in the apartment and building. The automated espresso maker in the apartment was a nice treat. Our kids enjoyed the gym, pool and pool table. One night we sat around the fire pit and told scary stories. We had a great time and bonded as a family. Going into Boston was easy with a short uber ride…I’m sure the train would have worked as well but we didn’t try it. Overall a wonderful stay and experience!
