The property is tired with old carpeting, painted plumbing fixtures a la Chip & Joanna Gaines, peeling paint, dated furnishings, and the weirdest closet contraption ever. The $14 breakfast is just plain sad with powdered eggs and stale bagels, but the back door entrance to Starbucks is handy. On a prior stay, I was billed for parking, when I had no vehicle, just Uber! Read your invoice before checkout!

This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10

The staff were friendly at first. On our first day I noticed that the room hadn’t been vacuumed. We wanted to go for dinner at the hotel but the menu was very limited (maybe 5 items). On our third night we came back to our room with the door left unlatched and we had a mouse in the room. We had to move to another room at midnight. On our last day we were searching for a garment bag left in the first room but they didn’t call room service they just gave us the keys to the rooms, so we had to leave without it. Upon returning to Ottawa I called and they had finally found the bag. It cost me $90 cdn for the shipping back to Ottawa.

Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The location is really excellent. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the toilet leaks enough that it would refill every so often. I should have mentioned it to the staff but honestly didn’t want to have to have to move rooms or have maintenance enter the room while we were using it.

This hotel is located very close to supermarkets and grocery stores, which is very convenient. However, the housekeeping was not very good. There was some trash left on the floor, and the cleaning staff skipped my room several times during my stay.
