  • Nestled in the heart of the tranquil and family-friendly Warrendale neighborhood of Waltham, MA, lies a charming residence with suburban and yet city life, located about 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Boston, 15 minutes from Harvard Square, and 10 minutes from the campuses of Brandeis and Bentley Universities. 10 minute to Waltham's popular Moody's Street which offers dining and shopping options and historic Gore Place for weekend family events. Walgreens pharmacy and grocery stores are all in close proximity.
    This home has 3 good sized bedrooms, one master bedroom with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with twin sized beds; 1 full bathroom, all in the second floor.
    The first floor has a living room, a good sized kitchen with working area, a dinning room, a half bathroom and a sunroom converted into home gym with basic workout equipment.
    Outdoor, you will have a nice backyard deck with umbrella for outside entertainment and a welcoming front yard. During the summer the backyard and front yard trees provide a calming tree shades. You have free parking for up to 3 cars!
