Lovely Downtown Beverly

Quiet location between the two best downtown Beverly streets with great restaurants, theater, music venues and beautiful beaches and parks, to Salem and Haunted Happenings (https://www.hauntedhappenings.org) via a 5 minute walk to the train which takes you to downtown Salem for all the October happenings or by train or ferry from Salem on into Boston. Pull into the driveway, which will hold three cars, and walk right to the front door into the hallway. To the right is a comfortable living room and a connecting dining room with seating for six and on into a nice sized kitchen. There is a small deck and backyard filled with flowers in the spring and summer. head back to the front hallway and go up the stairs. You'll find three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds with the third having twin bunk beds. A comfortable portable twin bed is also available for an extra guest.

Great location

This home was comfortable and in a great location. It was very easy to walk to downtown Beverly and also access the train to Boston. The house was clean but two of the bedrooms had carpeting that was old and musty. The mattresses were ok but the pillows were not great. A few other additional updates would make this property excellent.

Loved it. The location of the property walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, and the beach can’t be beat. This place is very quaint and grows on you the longer you stay. Minor issues like you can’t lock the bathroom doors and the staircase is a little challenging. Listing states 3 cars can fit in the driveway, but it is only two. Would stay here again for sure.
