Hotel Boston is in a great location, close to public transportation and close to Boston College & Boston University. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They always have great prices so we always stay here when we are in town.

Clean room, and very quiet. Not much interaction with staff. Breakfast was good, delicious coffee. Had to start my shower 10 minutes before getting in to make sure that I had a hot shower.

Arrived late in the evening, was able to book via Expedia at a better rate than the location offered. Room was clean, desk staff was friendly, breakfast was very convenient. Plenty of off street parking. Great location for our travels. Be careful of the often interchanged The Hotel Boston and The Boston Hotel when doing research.

Boston Hotel and especially their staff were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and the room was exactly what my daughter and I needed to move her into BU. Clean, comfortable and the location was great.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Parking was easy and had a lot of spaces available. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options including hot and cold items. Room was clean and simple. Only critique is that there were not very many outlets other than the one at the tables. Also, the shower head didn’t function properly and the jet stream did not fan out. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Clean and convenient budget hotel

Very convenient location! Safe neighborhood, clean rooms, nice amenities like a microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee machine in the room. Decent breakfast buffet. Would stay again!

Clean room with new flooring and furniture. Simple but adequate. Bedroom needs additional lighting, two bedside lamps only were provided and a desk lamp. Be aware that rooms have exterior entry doors so noise from parking lot might be a factor. Staff was very nice. Breakfast had both hot and cold options.

I absolutely loved this stay. If you’re on a budget, consider this place. You get what you pay for and it’s worth it! My siblings and I were here for two nights, Friday and Saturday, and we were amazed with how spacious our two queen sized beds felt and fit in the room. Our room had a stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave, blow dryer, shower amenities, towels, tissue paper, tv, lots of light, its own heater/ac unit to change as needed, ironing table. It was incredible. They also had free breakfast, which was amazing for the price of staying there. No protein options aside from eggs and sausage in the breakfast sandwich, but there was self serve waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, milk, yogurt, whipped cream, Nutella, apples, bananas, oranges, jelly, 3 cereal options, and more that I may be missing. It was 10 minutes or so away from Boston downtown or universities I was visiting. Absolutely loved this place and would come back to this reliable hotel. Incredible for its price!
