"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. There was an issue with the AC so the hallways were very hot but once you got into the room it was fine. We did not have shampoo and conditioner which was inconvenient when you are in the middle of showering and could not wash your hair. The breakfasts were perfect! The staff was pleasant and it was soooo nice that a room opened up early for us."

"The room and the bathroom seemed a bit small. I was disappointed to find the the mini-fridge didn’t have a freezer section. A somewhat minor point: the room was booked for 2 people, but there was only one bottle of water in the basket. Breakfast at the Nook was nice. Good selection."

"Excellent hotel. I wouldn't change anything about it except the phone system, which is why I didn't give it five stars. I called from the airport for the shuttle several times and each time the call was disconnected. When I finally got through to the menu and chose operator I was put on hold for 10 minutes, after which time I gave up."
