"The property is excellent, lots to do. Huge casino. Wait staff are good. There is a good selection of restaurants . The place was not very clean though. Hand prints on elevator marble, still there after our 5 day stay. Elevator buttons were disgusting. Our room was never cleaned, and we did tip well. Fresh towels and the bed made that was all that was done. I even left a note for fresh glasses, but dirty ones still on the tables and no new ones left. Pretty disappointed for this level of resort, And the price of the resort fee. The 1st day I called housekeeping for glasses, they arrived, but not timely. I did complain at check out and we got 2 days of resort fees removed from our bill. The pool is amazing, but again, no one cleaning off towels when chairs unoccupied for a long time, so all chairs seem taken. I asked for a menu, go one tossed to me and she never came back for an order. Had a great time, liked the room, but definitely lower that my expectations were."

"Stayed in the mountain tower. Clean room. Was on the side facing the linq. Only critique was you can hear the carnival bar from the room music was loud. Other than that I’d stay again."

"Our stay in Las Vegas was an excellent experience! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. It was very convenient to explore the city, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel made our trip even more enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas. We would love to stay here again!"

"Check in was terrible, the kiosks didn't work properly so everyone had to wait for 1 of 2 people that were helping. The the first room smelled a bit like smoke from the casino and wasn't that nice. We ended up upgrading to a tower suite which was SO MUCH better. There are lots of shops and places to eat and the Fantasy show was fantastic. Overall a good place to stay, I'd book there again"
