wonderful access to CU-Boulder

We really appreciated this pet-friendly stay that was just steps from the science campus of CU-Boulder. The neighborhood and walking trail access is top notch. The kitchen was also well-stocked with every utensil, spice or appliance one could need during our stay.

Great Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay here for a CU Football game. Very clean. Very well stocked. Very comfortable. Easy access to trails and all that Boulder has to offer.

Nice Condo with Easy access location

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a short drive to most things in Boulder. Close enough to walk to the far edge of UC Boulder campus but preferred to drive the distance to get to The Hill and downtown Pearl Street restaurants and retail. Check in and Check out were simple. Plenty of parking at the condo complex.

Comfy week long stay

We (hubby & our small dog) enjoyed our stay here. The condo contained most of everything we needed for the week. Sadly none of the windows look out on the flatirons but sunset views were super easy to access behind the property!

football road trip

Long weekend trip to boulder for football game-was able to walk to the stadium (about a mile and a half) easily. Condo was convenient to all the sites around town. Easy check in/out process. Thanks for sharing your home!

One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The owner clearly spent a great deal of care in decorating the place and making sure everything I could need was there. Bed was super comfortable with a lovely down comforter. Would definitely stay there again!

Bolder Boulder

We stayed at this property during the week of the Bolder Boulder. It was a perfect location. It’s an easy 1.5 mile walk to the start and a 1.5 mile walk from the finish. Very quiet location with great paths for walking our dog.

Comfortable, convenient, and friendly

Our stay at this 2 bedroom condo in Boulder was just what we were looking for as a home base for the weekend we moved our son into CU. Nothing too fancy, but convenient to the campus, very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood with a friendly and accommodating host. Having a kitchen, laundry room, and living room certainly beat staying in a hotel. Would stay there again.

Quite Great Location!

This was our 2nd time in 5 yrs staying in this Condo. It’s very quiet, and a safe area. The Condo had everything you would need, like having your own place! Only issue was couldn’t find more dish soap and a lot of spices that have been left were expired. Besides that we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful Fall colors everywhere!
