About this property
Private Boulder Loft with Flatirons Views, Deck & Telescope
- Wake up to Flatirons views in this sun-filled, private 1-bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings and its own entrance — separate from the main house. Sleeps up to four with a king bed and pull-out couch. Step onto your private covered balcony to take in the mountains; use the telescope to watch climbers on the Flatirons. A mini-kitchen (fridge, microwave, Keurig) means you don't have to leave for coffee and snacks. A standing desk with dual monitor setup makes this a great option for remote work.
Skip the downtown Boulder parking headache: you're just 0.7 miles from the airport bus stop and 0.5 miles from the CU/Downtown bus line. We also offer free EV charging and easy bike storage, plus quick access to Boulder's trail network.
Free EV charging available.
