Séjour de ski d’une semaine. Appartement idéalement situé : pied des pistes, proximité commerces et accessibilité voiture. Appartement adapté pour groupes : nombreux équipements de cuisine, nombreux lits et trois salles de bain.

Une semaine parfaite dans le logement

Notre voyage s’est très bien déroulé, notamment avec ce logement au pieds des pistes et extrêmement bien placé aux Arcs ! Une très belle pièce de vie orienté Sud donc du soleil toute la journée Un contact très facile avec le propriétaire ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé (station + remontées)

Bel et grand appartement avec une super vue sur la vallée. Il est aux pieds est plus importantes teintées des ARC 1800 (on déchausse au pied de l’immeuble). Tous les commerces à pieds. Aucun équipement manquant pour passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est dispo avant et pendant si besoin.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich optimal im Skigebiet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen- ein wenig Farbe hier und da würde nicht schaden.

Proximité des commodités

Première déception sur le ménage qui avait était mal fait, ayant pris la prestation ménage à 98 euros, j'espérais un logement impeccable. Concernant l'appartement un petit rafraîchissement ne lui ferait pas de mal. Le gros point négatif est la proximité avec les bar qui restent ouvert jusqu'à 2h du matin, ayant les chambre sous combles l'été obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Une fois endormi à 2h le chantier du nouveau télécabine commence à 7h soit 5h de calme. Pour des vacances avec 3 enfants en bas âge, nous avions pas eu le calme souhaité. D'autant plus que dans la charte de l'immeuble aucun bruit n'est toléré après 22h, consigne qui nous a décidé à le choisir. Cependant je pense que cet appartement est très adapté pour des personnes souhaitant profiter d'une semaine au ski entre ami avec 3 salles de bain, 10 couchages, et la proximité avec bar, boîte de nuit (au pied de l'immeuble) et télécabine en sortie de l'immeuble. 2 chambre, 1 bz sur le palier. Une très belle vue et tout l'équipement pour bien manger. L'échange avec le prioritaire s'est très bien passé et reste très disponible. Mon commentaire n'a pas pour but de dénigrer l'annonce mais éventuellement pour éviter d'autres déceptions.

Excellente location pour des skieurs

L'immeuble est à 10 mètres du départ de 2 remontées mécaniques d'Arc 1800. L'accès pour le ski et les commerces est proche et pratique. L'appartement dispose d'un volume jour lumineux et vaste avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif et disponible pour de petits problèmes rencontrés

Appartement très bien aménagé, avec belle pièce de vie et vue magnifique, vraiment aux pieds des pistes et à proximité immédiate de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour au ski. Bien équipé, il manque seulement un espace où ranger le matériel de ski. Le propriétaire a été disponible et réactif malgré la distance. On recommande !!

Vue, plaisant et pratique

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, l'appartement est vraiment plaisant, la vue extra, et bien adapté pour le nombre que nous étions (7), avec les 3 SdBains très pratiques. Proximité immédiate des commerces et des pistes (en bas de la residence). Par ailleurs très bien équipé, notamment pour la fondue et la raclette, c'est ce qu'on recherche quand on est à la montagne!

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement qui est spacieux, très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé au sein de la station les Arcs 1800. Tout est à proximité (commerces, restaurant, télécabines, bars, activités pour les enfants, départs de rando....). Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

L appartement est très bien situé dans la station tout en offrant une très belle vue sur la vallée. L équipement de cuisine est complet (nespresso, machine à raclette, lave vaisselle...) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de février.
