Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff managed to accommodate me and assured me that I would not be penalized for the change of date… Front desk charged my credit card for the stay while assuring me that the reservation service would refund my original booking…
Well, it turns out that the reservation service came back and refused to refund the original booking as agreed with front desk.
To this date, reservation service keeps on refusing to refund me despite many attempts to explain, clarify and kindly ask for honoring their words.
