"Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. The hotel is well placed and makes for easy walks to everything you would want to experience in the area."

"We had a bit of a rocky start to our stay. The first suite we were given smelled of stale smoke and the carpet was littered with stains. They handled it well by giving us the Epic Suite for one night until another suite in our category was available the next day. Otherwise all went well. We had a beautiful view from our harbourview suite. The included breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want. The staff are very helpful. Particularly Raymond the chief concierge. We had a dinner our last night at the in house Chinese restaurant Tao Li. It was excellent! Special thanks to manager Leo for guiding us in our choices and making the entire evening special."

"One night in Jordan, on my birthday, and the Eaton gave me exactly what I like in a hotel: a pulse. You walk in and the eighties are playing loud everywhere — not background noise, the real thing. I even heard Tears for Fears' "Head Over Heels," an undervalued classic, which tells you everything about the taste of the place. It's funky without trying too hard. The room came with twin beds when I'd asked for one big bed — one word to the staff and the beds were joined, no drama, no attitude. Then the surprise: a birthday cake and a card from the assistant manager. That's old-school hospitality, the kind you don't see much anymore, and it meant something on a birthday far from home. Location is perfect for Kowloon life — Nathan Road, Jordan MTR a minute away, Temple Street around the corner. Fair warning: this is not a hushed, silent hotel. It's alive, and that's the point. If you want a hotel with music in its veins and people who actually care, stay here. I will again."

Mariam arranged to have me stayed in the same room until upgraded room was ready and have a staff to help me move the luggage into the new room. That was exceptional service."
