Had a nice time and this apartment is ideally located in Arcs 1800. 2 minutes to shops, restaurants and ski slope. Nicolas was a very helpful host, would happily stay again next year.

Nous venons de séjourner une semaine dans l'appartement de Nicolas. Très fonctionnel, ultra bien placé (départ et arrivée à skis au pied de la résidence, tous commerces à proximité immédiate). Nicolas a été à l'écoute et aux petits soins dans sa communication. Merci à lui. Séjour vraiment top !

L’appartement est idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes, très propre et très bien équipé. Nicolas a été très attentif aux incidents liés à notre départ concernant le fait que nous nous soyons déplacés en train. Tout était parfait.

E apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, tiene absolutamente de todo, he estado en muchos apartamentos pero ninguno tan equipado, no falta absolutamente de nada, tanto de electrodomésticos(lavadora, lavavajillas, aspiradora, secador, batidora, cafetera, tetera, sandwichera...) montones de platos, vasos, cubiertos, accesorios de cocina... Está perfectamente situado, para salir esquiando del portal (saliendo por la planta 8ª), directamente a las pistas. El edificio sí que es un poco curioso, todos los pasillos son inclinados, al principio es bastante complicado orientarse, pero las indicaciones del propietario son clarísimas y extensas, dando indicaciones de todo lo necesario para la estancia (llegada, parking, taxi, ubicaciones...) y siguiéndolas no hay problema. La comunicación con el propietario perfecta, en todo momento interesado en nuestro bienestar, solo un malentendido con la empresa que nos dió las llaves, pero que se solucionó sin problema. Lo único que no comparto es que esté diseñado para cinco personas... efectivamente tiene cinco camas, con sus respectivos servicios pero... no veo a cinco personas conviviendo en ese reducico espacio (24 m2). Otro "defecto" es que el balcón es algo parecido a una salida de emergencia, hay cancillas que comunican con los contiguos, digamos que se puede utilizar pero no se puede ocupar con nada, ya que como digo es una especie de salida de emergencia.

Un petit appartement très agreable; bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour être heureux et passer un agreable séjour au pied des pistes de ski; avec toutes les commodités sur place. Ne pas oublier la gentilesse et la disponibilite du propriétaire pour les formalitées et les conseils pour que le séjour soit une réussite. Situé dans une résidence à l'architecture typique des arcs (la salle de bain est remarquable), ce studio est particulièrement soigné et très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable en couple. Il est bien appréciable de disposer d'un casier à ski, rare dans cette résidence même s'il nous a fallu un peu de temps la première fois pour nous y rendre tant l'architecte s'est amusé des niveaux et des couloirs. Mais grâce aux explications infaillibles du propriétaire nous avons vite pris nos marques concernant le casier mais aussi toutes les commodités qu'il propose dans son "livret de bord" hyper précis. Merci à lui pour cet accompagnement bien agréable.

Très joli appartement rénové et décoré avec gout,propre et bien agencé nous avons manqué de rien il est très bien équipé surtout au niveau de la cuisine .Il est de plus bien placé au niveau de la station au centre près des pistes et facile d accès tout en étant aussi au calme . Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Nicolas était toujours à notre disposition merci .
