Une expérience incompréhensible et extrêmement décevante – adieu Expedia
Je suis profondément déçu par mon expérience avec Expedia. J’ai réservé un logement sur leur site, pensant gérer ma réservation comme d’habitude. Mais tout devait en réalité se faire sur une autre plateforme, nécessitant la création d’un nouveau compte, sans aucune explication claire. J’ai cru avoir annulé via Expedia, puis j’ai informé le propriétaire… qui m’a répondu qu’il ne connaissait même pas Expedia et qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Il m’a parlé d’Abritel, une plateforme que je ne connaissais pas, sans m’aider à comprendre le lien.
La confusion a été totale.
Le service d’aide Expedia ? Incompréhensible à joindre.
J’ai ensuite reçu des emails d’une plateforme inconnue, “VRBO”, sans aucune indication qu’elle était liée à Expedia. Comment aurais‑je pu deviner ?
Résultat : je n’ai jamais pu obtenir une confirmation claire de l’annulation et j’ai dû payer une nuitée que je n’ai même pas utilisée. Une situation profondément frustrante.
En tant qu’ancien utilisateur fidèle, je suis extrêmement déçu.
Plus jamais je n’utiliserai Expedia. Je le regrette amèrement.

Sauber, ruhig und gute Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, hat eine moderne Küche, alles ist Sauber und gepflegt.
Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Strassburger, Colmar und der Weinstraße gelegen. Besonders ist der Bäcker direkt am Haus zu erwähnen, einfach super!
Wir Können den Gastgeber wie auch die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

LOCATION AU CALME ET CONFORME
Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans l'appartement de Damien qui est conforme à la description. Très propre, bien agencé et surtout très bien équipé, rien ne manque. L'hôte Damien est très chaleureux et vous accueille comme il se doit. Je recommande vivement cette location et nous y reviendront avec plaisir.
