In the heart of the Périgord, 30 minutes from Bergerac airport and one hour from Bordeaux, the Château de Monciaux (18th century) and its four cottages nestle in a wooded estate of 10 hectares. In this bucolic setting, conducive to rest and relaxation, our Brantôme cottage offers you a unique experience, combining the charm of a Périgord house and all the modern comforts, with quality facilities, such as the swimming pool, a tennis court and much more.

The Cottage Brantôme: Comfort and Elegance

Our elegant and bright 70 m² cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, offering an intimate and friendly setting for your holiday.

• Welcoming Living Room : The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a large sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area.
• Fully equipped kitchen : You will find everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, freezer, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine.
• Private terrace : The terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors, with a barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of conviviality under the stars.

The Rooms: Rest and Serenity

Access to the bedrooms and bathroom is via a charming staircase.

• Master Bedroom : An elegant bedroom with a large king-size bed, offering all the comforts needed for a restful sleep in a refined setting.
• Secondary bedroom : A room with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. It ensures comfort and privacy for all occupants.

Services and Amenities

• Travel cots : Available free of charge, so your little ones can enjoy a stay with complete peace of mind.
• Heating package : A package of €25/day for heating costs is included in your rate, to guarantee you optimal comfort throughout your stay.
• Bed and bathroom linen : Luxurious quality bed and bathroom linen is available as an option and carefully prepared by our team:
  • Bed linen: €15 per single bed, €30 per double bed
  • Toiletries: €10 per person

Shared Outdoor Facilities

The estate offers quality outdoor facilities, ideal for moments of relaxation and leisure with family or friends:

• Swimming pool : Access the shared swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th (depending on weather conditions, it may be open before or after these dates).
• Tennis court : Enjoy the rustic charm of our tennis court.
• Other facilities : A large trampoline, a ping-pong table and a children's play area with slide and swings.

All our cottages have private terraces, gardens and views, ensuring a calm and peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Practical Information

• Additional services : We offer baby travel cots and fine linens on request.
• The Estate : The Château de Monciaux is ideally located near Bourrou, on the road to Manzac-sur-Vern, in the heart of Périgord. You can discover the historical and gastronomic wealth of the region (castles, caves, truffles, foie gras, wines, etc.).
• Please note :
  • We do not provide pool towels.
  • Tennis rackets are not provided.
  • Firewood is not included, but we can put you in touch with a lumberjack for delivery.
