「The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.」

「We had some issues with the washing machine - it leaked on the floor of the unit. Also, the shower head leaked pretty badly and we couldn't get enough pressure to get our hair clean. Overall the unit is in a great location, but has some maintenance issues. The host said they would come by to fix the washing machine but never did. Also, we found a bunch of empty liquor bottles under the extra sheets in the master bedroom cabinet - very strange.」

「The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox...

「Really liked the apartment, great location in the picturesque part of town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby including the lovely Konrad bar on the ground floor of the apartment building. It's well equipped, has rooftop views, and is surprisingly quiet. The one thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of spiral stairs to get up to it and the final flight is very narrow with no handrail which would be difficult to negotiate with large/heavy suitcases! 」
