Enjoy the most beautiful ibizenco sunsets... This small apartment of 50m 2, with new air conditioning, will welcome you feet in the sand. From 2 to 4 people, it will be ideal for a couple or a family with young children. Located on the second floor of a small building, it includes a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people) a bedroom with 1 double bed, a large bathroom with toilet and a well equipped kitchen. The small terrace opens onto the bay and you can enjoy the famous sunsets of Ibiza.
Located in the southwest coast, close to the legendary beaches, the most desired area of the island, you will enjoy the ibiza lifestyle.

Reibungsloser Check in ,katastrophale Parksituation,nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank für die heisse Jahreszeit total unterdimensioniert,kein Gefrierfach und somit keine Möglichkeit Dinge einzufrieren,im Schlafzimmer nur Klimagerät ineffizient und laut , Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich gut Küche ohne ausreichende Küchenutensilien für den Selbstversorger kein Toaster keine Kaffemaschine Herdplatten wurden nicht richtig heiss haben selbst eine Kochplatte gekauft damit wir z.B. Braten konnten kein Küchensieb zu wenig Handtücher im Bad nur zwei kleine Gästetücher und 2 Badetücher für 9 Übernachtungen Achtung Um Punkt 6 Uhr morgens zog vom Berg hinab eine üble Fäkalienwolke in die Bucht hier kann die Vermieterin nichts dafür aber es war sehr störend haben uns jeden Tag den Wecker um 5.45 gestellt und alle Fenster geschlossen vorhanden zu wenig Töpfe Wasserqualität in der Bucht nicht gut wahrscheinlich der extremen Hitze geschuldet sind immer zur Nachbarbucht gefahrenpositives : wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse und Sonnenuntergang unbeschreiblich schön,Sauberkeit des Objekts Kleiner Laden direkt in der Anlage mit kalten Getränken und leckerem Brot sowie Eis zum Kühlen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und fanden es wieder wunderschön. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist besonders für Familien praktisch. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Lediglich das Schlafsofa könnte mal erneuert werden, wirkt aber nicht negativ auf den tollen Gesamteindruck. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Such a great location right at the beach. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being at Catherines’ place. The view is stunning. Sunset in the evening is beautiful. Catherine is a great host, always answers fast. We would come back again!!! Sabine

Sehe nette kleine Wohnung, liegt direkt an der Bucht. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ein kleiner Supermarkt (hier gibt es morgens Brot und Croissant) ist unten neben an. Wir waren mitte Mai dort, einen Parkplatz haben wir zu der Zeit immer bekommen. Später wird es wohl nicht so einfach. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, der ist zu empfehlen. So ist man flexibel.

L'appartement était incroyable en tous points: la propreté, le mobilier, les équipements, la vue! L'emplacement était idyllique, en bord de plage avec les commerces et restaurants à proximité!Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et tout était parfait!Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer schönen und super sauberen Ferienwohnung. Es ist nicht in Strandlage, sondern direkt auf dem Strand! Schuhe braucht man fast nie ;-) Nette Restaurants in der Bucht und perfekter Ort zum Sonnenuntergang zelebrieren. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerade mit Kindern die ideale Bucht, da hier fast nur Familien sind ;-)

Insgesamt prima. Tolle Lage. Morgens vor dem Frühstück ins Meer. Alles was man braucht um die Ecke. Ideal für 2 Personen. Für mehr Personen geht die Schlafcaoch einfach nicht. Erinner a die Bundeswehr.

Eine super süße Wohnung ,direkt an der Bucht von Cala Vadella mit einem tollem Blick aufs Meer.Ein super Sandstrand an dem kleine Restaurants sowie Tagesbars ansässig sind.Wir haben dort einen tollen entspannten Urlaub verbracht,immer wieder gerne dort!!!!!

Es war alles perfekt! Das Appartment hat eine super Lage direkt am Strand und wunderschöne Aussicht! Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben direkt wieder gebucht! Einfach unser Lieblingsort.

Das Apartment selbst liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist generell von hoher Qualität. Die Lage ist sehr nahe am Strand und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick von der kleinen Terrasse, die beinahe den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich sowohl ein Supermarkt, als auch Restaurants und ein Bootsverleih am Strand. In der Hauptsaison war es drumherum turbulent und das parken eine Herausforderung. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. A place to return. Thanks Catherine. We had an amazing time.

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréable. L appartement est très bien équipé, ce qui est exceptionnel c est la vue et un coucher de soleil magnifique. Le point un peu négatif c est le bruit, prévoir des bouchons d oreilles car il y a un restaurant juste en dessous de l appart.

L’appartement est très joliment décoré. La terrasse offre une vue paradisiaque et cette vue peut être admirée depuis la chambre également qui possède 3 fenêtres.. la propriétaire ainsi que l’agence qui gère le bien sont très sympathiques, à l’écoute et serviable! La salle de bain est également très spacieuse.. le seul petit bémol serait le canapé lit qui n’est pas le plus confortable qui soit.. je garde précieusement cette adresse comme endroit favori à Ibiza! Je remercie encore la propriétaire pour tout! 🙏☀️🍀

Our second visit to Cala Vadella, the first staying here. Great location with lovely views over the bay. The apartment is above a busy beach bar and adjacent to a (good) restaurant, but it is on the second floor so minimal noise in mornings and evenings (in fact, it occasionally provided a good vibe when sitting on the balcony). Owner and host were both very helpful and answered question quickly. 5*

Der Aufenthalt hat uns unfassbar gut gefallen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit super und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einzigartig und vor allem für Familien mit kleineren Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Die Cala Vadella ist für uns eine der schönsten Buchten auf Ibiza. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Catherine's apartment in Ibiza was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Perfectly located right on the beach, it offered stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and the balcony. The apartment itself is tastefully finished, providing a homely feel. Well-equipped with all the amenities you need, and communication with both Catherine and Carlos was spot on. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this property if you're seeking a quieter beach holiday in Ibiza.
