Tolle Umgebung einfache Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufentahlt. Kal Koritnica ist ein sehr kleiner ruhiger Ort mit einer Käserei, einem kleinen hervorragendem Imbiss und einem gut besuchten Restaurant. Von hier aus ließen sich sehr viele Touren in die Berge starten. Die Unterkunft war einfach aber ok. Der Garten war sehr verwildert und ließ sich lediglich zum Sitzen an einer Bank nutzen. Zum Spielen für Kinder und Picknick auf einer Decke war er nicht geignet.

ambivalente Erfahrung

Die Gegend ist wundervoll, unser Eindruck von der Ferienwohnung ist aber eher geteilter Natur. Die technische Ausstattung ist auf gutem Niveau, mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage, ausreichend großer Dusche/Toilette und gut ausgerüsteter Küche. Insgesamt fehlen vielleicht ein paar liebevolle Details. Einige Aspekte passen aber überhaupt nicht zum ansonsten guten Niveau der Wohnung: (1) Trotz Nachfrage vor Buchung fand sich entgegen der Beteuerung der Agentur nur ein kleines 140x200-Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten 180x200 erwartet. Wir haben dann das Ausziehsofa in der Wohnstube als zweites Bett nutzen müssen, was erst auf Nachfrage instand gesetzt wurde. (2) Der "Garten" ist eher ein verwilderter ehemaliger Schrebergarten. Jede Rasenfläche im Umfeld ist besser gepflegt. Nur ein kleiner Teil um eine uralte Sitzbank, die wegen fehlender Holzbehandlung nie trocken wurde, war notdürftig gemäht worden. Die auf Anfrage herbeigeschafften "Gartenmöbel" aus Plastik waren ebenfalls uralt und vergilbt - kein schöner Anblick. Der Besitzer der Wohnung ist Brite, wir bezweifeln, das britische Gäste das von altem Stacheldraht umgebene, vernachlässigte Gelände als Garten bezeichnen würden. (3) Die Agentur war bemüht, Probleme zu beheben, die Hauswirtschafterin vor Ort aber zeigte sich wenig entgegenkommend und war eher darauf bedacht, Ihren Aufwand so gering wie möglich zu halten. Wir haben keinen angenehmen Eindruck von ihr mitgenommen.

Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für outdoorfreizeitaktivitäten ins Socatal. Ruhige lage, gut ausgestattet, alles prima!

This is a superb base for exploring the Soca Valley and the surrounding area.The apartment is located in a lovely little village with good mountain views and easy access to a wide selection of walking/bike paths. It is very well appointed (including excellent WiFi), maintained and comfortable, with both a nice little balcony and access to a garden area. All the local people are extremely friendly and most have sufficient English (and probably other languages!) for communication never to be a problem. There is a nice little bar/restaurant in the village and the small town of Bovec is nearby for shopping etc.
