“The place is very unique. You feel as if you are staying in the middle of the forest. Older building with older plumbing. We rented 2 rooms. First room a/c was great. 2nd room, the a/c was not responding to the thermostat. It was too cold. They said they would fix-they did not. Offered a couple of blankets. loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying nature. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. Limited to typical buffet items-scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They had a waffle maker. I……

“Very nice area and quiet. Outside of the home looked a bit rough. Inside was clean and organized with everything you would need to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive and informative. It was a very fun stay. Stanton is a beautiful town with lots of outdoor activities. I highly recommend booking here at the Towner. We will be booking again next year.”

“Kitchen had everything we needed, atmosphere & area was perfect for 4 ladies to spend time together. Host/owner very clear with directions & instructions. We left a Hen & Chickens plant for appreciation! Wish we could have enjoyed hot tub, but weather was just too chilly for us! Maybe next time!! ”

“This is the cutest, cleanest, unique, private, and accommodating shipping container ever! We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday here and had the most amazing time. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. And the mattress was so comfortable for a great nights sleep! We ate at Toad’s nearby and used the grill on site. We hiked the gorge and enjoyed the peace and serenity at the shipping container. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!”
