「Room was dirty, tv remote didn’t work. Had to get more towels. Vendin machines on bottom floor, no ice machine, pool out of service, floor lamp inoperable, and hair dryer burned up. Other than that and ripped up comforter on the bed, it was tolerable.」

「The room was bland and the staff was very rud I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice stay the veiw was horrible it overlooked an alley witch dogs were constantly barking and people were yelling all hours of the nights e 」

I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!」

「The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock」

「This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.」

「Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. A but dated and dark inside. Our shower didnt drain and the maintenence guybhad to fix it. Shower room had mold on ceilings and thr philosophy that caulk fixes anything in the shower... has good amenities」
