「The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. 」

「Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy.」

「Note this is a brand new hotel. Overall this location exceeded my expectations. Caveat, they do NOT have any pull out beds or rollaway cots. A 1 Queen room sleeps 2 NOT 3. This is a beautiful building with a very modern and spacious feel. The grab-and-go area has the usual items, and a full-service bar and "bistro" offers quick snack-like meals ($$$). 「Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. 」
