“Every one was really helpful and very friendly. The room was real clean and we ask for no room service we got what we needed our self. We just like it better that way. I lefted our phone chargers plugged in and walked out with out them. I sent them a message asking for them to be mail to me. I hope they mail them. I will stay at this hotel again if and when I ever go back to cave city Kentucky. Pass. The pool was nice also.

“Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issues were that the room could have used more towels, and the shower pressure was a little too strong for our preference. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“After a 15-hour drive, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in. The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine.
The AC wasn’t working, the elevator was broken, and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The front desk employee was not very helpful. I ultimately……
