After a long day driving I mentioned it would be nice to have a cup of coffee and voila the lady made a whole pot! That certainly beat room coffee.

The staff was outstanding. They really went above and beyond. I have an allergy to coconut and the laundry soap, the facility uses contains a laundry soap, the facility uses contains a coconut ingredient. The manager and staff not only re-washed the bedding the bedding. They went to the local store and bought laundry detergent that was coconut free. I have stayed in many hotels and I think this is the first time staff has done this. My husband and I were both very grateful. The next morning we found out that they were nearly completely booked, and they still made the time and effort to do this.
