“We had a great stay the apartment was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Having the high chair and travel cot available was so convenient for us. The location is perfect with the tram stop, a park and the shops only a short walk. We also had a great experience with communication with our host before, during and after our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“The property was well situated in Box hill with easy access to public transport. A small park was walking distance and was the only green space available. Plenty of eating options within walking distance or for delivery services. ”

“This was such a lovely luxury apartment, big enough for our family of five and with beautiful furnishings and appliances. The check in process was difficult as the description of where the driveway was (multiple options and off Fairbank Lane not Young Street) and also the lock box which is hidden from view behind a concrete pillar meant 45 mins of driving around while trying to get onto Stayz. After that everything was lovely although would not the indoor pool is quite chilly and kids didn’t……

“Nice location,tidy and very comfortble stay. Check in details need improving by adding photo of the building reception area/name which will make underground parking more visible including car parking location (B5 not B4).TV reception across all channels (including Netflix, prime etc) often interupted with picture freezing often for 5-15 seconds.Cooking utensils required a deep clean before use. Advise guests to bring their own towels for stays longer than 3 days as washing & drying in winter……
