「Front staff was not friendly. He was more focused on whatever he was doing on his personal laptop vs helping me check in. Once i arrived in my room, i saw a baby roach right beside my door. There was a old odor as soon as we entered. Our sheets were wet. I immediately went back down to complain. He did move us to a different room. The smell was better but one night, we saw baby roaches AGAIN in my bathroom, there was ants along the window seal, and also we saw bed bugs. The pictures definitely...

「Morning desk staff was very lazy. Only had one bath towel in the room. Went to the desk to ask for more in the morning. Took forever to get more towels. Morning breakfast for not good. No plates. Desk clerk was on his cell phone most of the time. Would not recommend this place. Several police cars were there when we arrived!」
