I never have any issues staying here. We love La Quinta in Bridgeport and the Lake is right down the street! This hotel has been our hotel to stay at for years now.

Well kept room, we stayed day after 4th of July so it wasn’t busy at all. Air conditioning worked great, pull out Sofa didn’t have a comforter or pillow but we just shared what we had on the bed. Pretty sure front desk would have gave us the stuff if we had asked. Overall a pleasant stay. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast, we slept in.

My family and our two dogs came in town for a wedding and stayed overnight at the Wyndham. The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially when they got our room ready early so we could get dressed for the wedding. The deluxe suite was also very spacious. Would recommend!

The staff is very helpful. I love the hotel clerk. She is very great. She is very nice and considerate of my service animal. And he loves her very much too.Her name is Getta , I believe. I will be going back for my third visit soon.

Getta I may have that wrong, the clerk at the desk very very helpful. The young man who also works the desk at night also very very helpful. It was a pleasure going somewhere where the customer was truly appreciated.

Room was not clean. Trash on floor, between bed and night stand, sticky bathroom floor (mopped up w wet bath mat-black residue all over mat), visible smears of unidentifiable gunk on night stand and desk. Worn paint and upostery. Un identifieable substance stuck to wall of shower. Pool was filthy, set next too a tarped over hot tub, full of stagnant, algae scum water. Weeds growing around pool area. Rquested an extra night at check in, but was locked out of room on my pm return, with fornt desk telling me my check out time was at 11am. Same clerck I checked in with said Expedia reservations could not be changed, but no issue was mentioned during check in, so I had to re-book the second night, with my lunch got cold.

We stayed 2 nights our room wasn't cleaned. Asked for towels, which they provided after arguing stating towels were brought earlier but they were not. There was no Splenda or sugar free creamer for coffee

Horrible experience and horrible staffing. Rooms were dirty, broken closet door , cockroaches in rooms. I was moved 3x and there was cockroaches in 2 different rooms. Went to complain to the front desk and they were rude pretty much blaming the situation on me. I stayed 1 night after being moved from 3 different rooms and they charged me for 2 nights. The 2nd night was charged because I let them know after 11am that there was cockroaches in the room even though I explained to them I had left early morning to have breakfast with family and upon our return that’s when we saw the cockroaches. I didn’t cancel the 1st night because we arrived late to the hotel after traveling for 7hrs that we were too tired and settled for the different room. Never again will I stay at this location. I have never experienced rude front desk personnel and filthy rooms.
The booking was completed through Expedia and I was also disappointed that they could only offer 25 points due to this issue. I have been a member with Expedia for a while and was expecting them to do more.
