"The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. "

"I had a wonderful time here. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had a room closer to my family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was also really clean and was a delight to use during my stay. There is free breakfast every morning, nothing special but if feels you up and it’s free so nothing to complain about. I highly recommend staying here."

"My son and I had a great time while at the too many games expo It was nice after a long day to come back to the hotel that was clean AC working shower with incredible water pressure- we didn’t get to use the pool. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave so that I could heat up the milk in my coffee, but otherwise everything we needed was there, including a mini fridge I needed more coffee and downstairs they gave me enough for the weekend The staff was very helpful Will definitely come back when visiting Philadelphia -Tanya"

"Very good value. New, clean , comfortable beds, nice shower. Breakfast bar was not elaborate but did include hardboiled eggs and yogurt as well as bagels and pastry items. Conveniently located at the intersection of 100 and 113, but the downside was that, between the traffic and the a/c, it was somewhat louder than we expected. We will stay there again none the less."
